Thoughtful service, friendly people!

Saturday afternoon, I was driving through from upstate NY on my way to Philadelphia to visit a friend. Had an idea for a print and wanted it framed and printed pretty quickly since I was just driving through. They worked with me and offered suggestions that made the print turn out excellent! While waiting for a sample print I grabbed pizza next door and they brought over the sample while I was eating to show it to me (without me asking) and after I approved they got the final version done while I finished eating. Dave and his staff are top notch, weather buying, selling, or trading in, Stroudsburg photo is fair and honest.. I remember back in the day buying a Nikon 70-200 VR lens used, About a year later I took it down to trade in on something else and I actually MADE money doing so. Dave was open and honest and said the market value for that lens went up, he paid me the current price for it. He has also went above and beyond for me being handicapped and even offering to bring lenses and camera gear right out to my car if I was having a bad day walking to look at items. I've purchased from BHPhoto and Adorama in the past and I've never had a bad experience with either. Ironically, this is the problem with both, never a bad experience and conversely never a great one either. The latter is the standard the Stroudsburg Foto Shop sets.

I've only visited this shop about 5 times, so far. In each case I was greeted by friendly staff who took the time to answer my questions, let me window shop, offer equipment tips, demonstrate products and provide expert hands on help.
