Pizza is wonderful the customer service absolutely horrible One customer online and I somehow got ignored for 7 minutes trying to order two slices of pizza Rude customers that walked in 5 minutes after me pushed right past me to pay for food that wasn't ready yet didn't ask if I was online The gentleman that was behind the counter look at me three times and never said a word to me the other girl just ignored me well the older woman stood yammering to help the customers that cut in front of me instead of asking me what I wanted Then the girl that was behind the counter proceeded to tie her shoes two more times never looked at me once in the seven minutes I was standing right in front of the pizzas I am posting this as I am sitting outside of goombas directly after this insult so they know who complained and Goombas ownership knows who was...

Goombas food is very tasty and I've always enjoy eating there, however, today actually just now me and friend went for lunch and while having lunch my friend inquired about employment. The gentleman said they were hiring and in need of waiters and that his boss would there shortly. My friend and I finished our lunch and she went to speak with the boss. Yes the fat spanish guy. He told her that they were only looking for drivers.Whats funny is there is two signs on the window, one for drivers and one for counter people...Not to make everything about race...but I have never seen a black person working in Goombas.all the years I went. Yes we are black and this really upset me. Their customer service is good but when you turn someone down for employment because of the color of their skin thats just wrong. I will never be...

Very unprofessional horrible service. Went their yesterday based on hotel concierge suggestion. Place was totally empty which should have been a sign. My Daughter saw a bug in thier display told the girl she either swatted it or killed it then with her bare hands without washing continued to handle the pizza dough. Reluctantly ordered about $100 worth of food. While waiting my 9 year old asks her for a cup of water she said No. I said excuse me we just order $100 worth of food and you can’t give my son a cup of water? She did company policy. I asked to speak to manager and owner she said NO!! I said cancel the order. Sad dumb girl lost the owner $100 order in an empty store for a free cup of water. The owner really needs to pick better help...
