Changs Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sugar Land

RUDE. RUDE.RUDE!!! Do not go to this place if you are someone who values customer service. At this point, I don't even care how the food taste, I will not be going back due to the older asian lady who was EASILY the rudest person who has ever taken my order.

It was lunch time, and she asked if I was ordering off of the lunch menu. I Told her I was ordering a full size entree and combo fried rice. She told me it was going to be $26 and some change. Typically, I am someone who tips 99% of the time. On this occasion, I didn't find it necessary because she wasn't helpful or informative. It was LESS than a 2 minutes interaction. After she push the receipt at me, and I signed, she said "how much" as in how much was the total AFTER I tipped, I told her the total she gave me remained the same. She SNATCHED the receipt and said "5 minutes." When I tell you she slammed my food down and didn't say a word, I mean it. Don't go here. Go to any other Chinese place but here. First time and last time and the service had such an impression on me I had to write a review. As a business owner, I would NEVER treat my customers like this and I will never stand for rude people with ugly...

I do not think we post reviews enough when we have great experiences with an establishment. I am truly shocked that Changs Chinese Restaurant in Sugar Land, Tx does not have a much higher rating. We have been ordering delivery from Changs for many years. We 1st had their food at my brother in law's home. Needless to say, we were Very impressed.

We began ordering delivery to our home and, even when they would no longer deliver due to distance, we paid small extra fee for delivery (they worked this out with us)! There was no restaurant that had the same quality... We moved closer a year ago, and were very happy we were within their actual delivery area. The food is Fantastic and they accommodate special requests. At times, the ordering is a bit more challenging, however, they get it right. I just ordered tonight and am about to enjoy their food! I can not speak to an in restaurant dining experience (thus no rating for atmosphere). Our delivery history is countless times! Their food is outstanding and their rating would be higher if more folks...

Unsure if this location has a new owner. But I noticed the change in staff. I remember an older Chinese lady. she was so friendly. But I didnt see here this time.Ive been doing take outs for years. But its been awhile since I've dined here. I ordered their lunch specials as I have been for the past years.

Last Saturday Sept 13 I ordered from their lunch specials. I had the Combo Lo Mein and Mongolian Beef with fried rice.

Lo Mein this time was average. It wasn't flavorful as before. The meat cuts were tiny. The Mongolian Beef was forgettable. The beef was chewy. The taste was bland. I remember it was a bit spicy. The beef was quite toasty from the heat of the wok. But this time it was not.

The fried rice was the worst. It was like rice crispies. I can't l describe the texture. Seems like they just poured soy sauce for the color. I skipped eating it.

I am disappointed with the quality of their food now. So maybe they have new...
