Last Saturday September 23rd, 2023, around 4 o’clock in the afternoon I entered in this premises in order to do some shopping, checking my needs on some items in the area of paper and office stuff aisle is that I tripped this employee to whom I asked to be allowed to pass because she had a store big cart for she might have been refilling items, of course asked please to let me room to pass, to what she answered practically shouting at me and with very bad manners “why don’t you go on the other side ?” And showing me her anger! Of course she just pulled her cart but continued talking to me really annoyed. I am customer, a senior, a person who not long ago had an accident so unfortunately I am in pain. Not even this matters but all the employees wherever they are working especially the ones facing customers should have a very good way of leading with the customers…we might be a pain but many of us try to be polite to the people who are working there, and I was polite and asked politely to let me pass in that moment. Right after that I really asked for the manager because that is not the right way to treat the customers and no stores should have employees who treat customers the wrong way, they have to be trained if it is necessary. The name of that employee as far as I know is Karina or Carina, I leave my money there and even if I buy a dollar candy I have to be treated with respect, I deserve it. And all the customers as well. On the other hand Diana your other employee was a hundred percent different to the other employee, Diana was great a professional worker, whe was polite and really correct at work, I...
Read moreMe and my friend (both teenagers) always go to this CVS after school, we have been for almost a year. Today, as normal, me and my friend entered the CVS and proceeded to look at some candy. We looked around and then went to the makeup/beauty aisle. There, we were looking at the brand “essence” products and an employee (female, brown hair, Spanish speaking, wearing black, and wide) approached us and told us to get out of the store. Me and my friend ignored her, and my friend proceeded to pick up a brow product and put it to her brow to determine if it is the right color. The lady then put her hands on my friend and put the brow product down where it was originally. She kept yelling at us to get out and go home, when we weren’t doing anything wrong. Then we went to the brand e.l.f. There we looked at some concealers to see if they match my friend’s skin tone, looking to buy them. We then put the concealers back in the right spot. The lady followed us there and started yelling at us telling us to get out and that we put the concealers in the wrong spot. I called my dad and as soon as he came in the store, her disgusting attitude immediately changed. She told him that we “weren’t respecting adults” and that we “made a mess and didn’t put anything in the right spot”. She proceeded to tell flat out lies to my dad and how we made a mess everywhere....
Read moreI was coming back from school and decided to go to cvs to buy or look for something. I was there for 10 minutes. The employee told me that i have to go home. Since I wasn’t ready to go home yet, I told her that I will be staying there and will search for more products. When I tried to simply touch something to see if it fits me when she took it directly from my hands and put it back on the shelf. Then my dad comes and she tells him a total lie. For reference, I took one of the lightest shades of concealer and put it back where it is supposed to be and she takes it back and starts telling my dad that I put it in the wrong spot and points to the darkest shade of the concealer. I hope this problem will be resolved and everyone who is trying to search for something in this cvs will not get...
