I really enjoy your restaurant and its wonderful location. At the moment, you are open only for dinner, but I believe adding breakfast service until 1 PM would be a fantastic idea. Many residents and tourists nearby would welcome the option of having breakfast and brunch locally. A Sunday prix fixe brunch buffet with an open bar and morning cocktails could also become a signature feature, making your restaurant a weekend destination for both locals and visitors. I’ve been living in Sunny Isles for over 10 years, and I’ve seen this place change owners at least four times. Unfortunately, none of the previous owners ever really invested in proper market research. I truly believe that if you considered offering breakfast or brunch, it would be a great opportunity for Caspia.
