This is a long overdue review... I purchased a Rolex GMT master II from Shaddi around April 2022. The watch was sold to me as "unpolished" and clearly was polished when I received it and inspected it. Unfortunately I wasn't in the US when it was sent to me and by the time I received it, a few months had passed and it wouldn't have been appropriate for me to reach out. When you see the pics online or videos that he sends to you, you won't be able to see if it's polished or not... only when you put in under daylight in person can you actually see the poor quality polish job. In fairness to Shaddi, I never reached out for him to rectify the situation, but he misrepresented upfront that the watch had never been polished. My caution to anyone buying from him is that you should be ok with a polished watch... if I had known this upfront, I wouldn't have...

Just made my second purchase from Related Watches in less than a year. Both were fairly high dollar, precious metal pieces, transacted remotely via wire transfer and delivered next day by FedEx. Shaddi has been great to deal with, very upfront and clear with condition (both were virtually new/mint), and I paid as low a price as I had found anywhere else in the country as good or better condition and included items. This was my very first rolex purchase, and I was referred to shaddi through another dealer I was i'm working with. Customer service was awesome, and communication was great. Told him what I was looking for, and gave me a list of options available in his inventory that I really liked. Came out with a 2024 model. Box, papers, and hang tag. Price was more than fair and included two extra lengths in the deal. I really love the new timepiece, and will definitely be shopping with him again...
