Horrible! Is minus 5 stars a possible rating?. . . I am not exaggerating at all. . . Based on the high reviews, we went to this restaurant on 4/3/2017 for breakfast. At priori, the restaurant looks clean; the music is also great. The contrast of the light brown chairs against the dark brown walls makes everything looks so fresh. However, when the server started to bring the drinks, the horror started. Three of our water glasses and the water were dirty; the server did not apologize and make it look as he was wasting his time when we asked for clean water glasses. . . Then came the orange juice glass; the glass had a big black stain on the outside. We were outraged, the server refuted it until we pointed to him the big dirt evidence on the lateral side of the glass. . . Again, no apologies. . . Finally, when the server brought me another glass of water, we were shocked to see a big neatly shaped red lipstick stain on the glass. From that moment, I thought I was going to throw up... The server stated that it was not him, that someone else cleaned the glasses...The other servers were all looking at our direction...I was so traumatized that I was unable to eat what I ordered...Despite that, we received no official excuse, no visit from the manager, and we had to pay the whole bill. Listen, there are so many infectious and contagious diseases out there; we are not even talking about topnotch customer service, taste, flavor, aroma, culinary delicacy or beauty; we are not there yet. . .Please, when talking about food, it is very important to keep everything clean; it is not just about the money but about people's health, human decency, and basic health requirements. I do think this restaurant deserves more than one surprise visits from the Health Department and by someone who could be as neutral and impartial as possible...This is very disconcerting and inadmissible. . .
