I recently visited this retail store, and my experience was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the store offers an impressive range of products, covering just about everything you could need. From clothing, shoes, and women's purses to toys, rugs, and home goods, thereās something for everyone. The store caters to all ages with sections for infants, girls, boys, and adults. They also have a selection of car accessories, kitchen items, small furniture like little tables and chairs, baskets, and basic personal care items such as shampoo and soap.
One of the store's biggest selling points is the incredibly low prices. If you're shopping on a budget, this place will certainly help you save a few bucks. However, as you might expect, the lower prices come with a trade-off in terms of quality. Most of the products seem cheaply made, and while they might do the job for a while, donāt expect them to last very long. This is especially noticeable in the clothing and shoes sections, where items feel flimsy and may wear out quickly.
Unfortunately, the storeās layout and organization are big drawbacks. The aisles are often cluttered and disorganized, making it hard to find specific items without spending a lot of time searching. It feels like things are thrown together without much thought, which creates a chaotic shopping experience.
Additionally, the store seems perpetually understaffed. There are not enough employees on the floor to help customers, and the checkout process is always slow. Thereās almost always a long line at the registers, and it moves at a snailās pace due to the lack of available cashiers.
In summary, while the store offers a wide variety of products at very cheap prices, you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. Combine that with the poor organization and understaffing, and the overall shopping experience leaves much to be desired. If youāre looking for bargains and donāt mind compromising on quality, it might be worth a visit. Just be prepared for long waits and a bit of frustration...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this dd's DISCOUNTS store during my trip to San Jose. Itās a budget-friendly store with a wide variety of products, including clothing, shoes, toys, kitchenware, home goods, small furniture, car accessories, and basic personal care items. The store caters to all age groups, from infants to adults.
Most of the items are China-made and low in quality, which is expected given the low prices. If youāre shopping on a budget, youāll find decent deals, but donāt expect long-lasting products. I was also disappointed to see that branded purses were not available, even though there was a large selection of handbags.
The shopping experience was hindered by a cluttered and disorganized layout, making it hard to find specific items. To make matters worse, only a single counter was operating for billing, leading to long lines and slow checkout.
In summary, itās a good stop for bargain hunters, but the lack of organization, limited staff, and absence of brand-name items can be frustrating. Worth visiting only if you're focused on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in today to make a exchange. The cashier today was so busy about my mask position she neglected to pay attention to my transactions and her customer services. She was upset I disagreed with her asking me to cover my nose and my mask was covering my air ways of my nose. So I told her it is and that the big plastic sheild in front of us was protecting her anyway. She gave me a bad attitude which made me question her abilities to make a sale and have good customer service. Because she was acting as if she was the cop of all masks and manager of this store. She was so angry she didn't want to act appropriate. I tried to get her to explain to me my transaction so I know I'm getting a proper exchange. And I stated to her that her customer services was terrible and I don't know how she got hired.. I have been coming here for 8 yrs and today is my last. Not worth my money and time to be treated this way all over a mask ..
Products are affordable here but...
