A new boba joint in my neighborhood! Had to give it a try! Glad to see this plaza having more interesting stores opening!
The store is clean and bright, not a lot of seating but I expect most people to just grab their drinks and go. There are clerks behind the counter, but they didn't make eye contact with me nor greeted me, so I just ordered from one of the 3 kiosks.
I ordered my usual, wintermelon with tie guan yin oolong tea, less ice and add boba. I only realized after I took a sip that there was no option for sugar level, which is not unusual for the wintermelon flavor. I checked back at the kiosk, other flavors do have a sugar adjustment as expected.
I went slightly before noon on a Saturday, didn't have to wait to use the kiosk and the drink came out in ~12 minutes which is respectable. Flavor was on point, and their bobas are smaller than I'm used to, but it's not a bad thing.
Overall a pleasant experience, will come back again! Chick n tea now has serious competition right in...
Read moreTASTY AND UNIQUE are the words I use to describe TP Tea. TP just recently opened and I had to try it! I got the Taiwan Milk Tea and the Tie Guan Yin Tea with cheese foam. The Taiwan milk tea was really good as it came with many toppings of boba, qq noodles, and jelly. I liked how the tea taste was strong within the milk tea because sometimes the tea gets overshadowed by the milk, but it was nothing special. The Yin Tea with cheese foam on the other hand was SO UNIQUE and so tasty the cheese foam was insanely good! It was creamy, sweet, and salty at the same time! The tea itself was so interesting it almost tasted like black coffee and oolong tea combined! It was crazy. The portions of the drink were also large which was the cherry on top, and the vibe of the place was cute! The employees were also kind and helpful! OVERALL definitely recommend to others and GIVE...

Only Kiosk ordering. They have 3 available to order. Some more spotty than others. You can also order via Snackpass app, which is probably the most efficient (no extra surcharge ordering on the app). The kiosk has a default tip percentage which is a bit wild.
I order the passion fruit green tea with boba $6.60. Strong tea flavor and nice tart flavor. Boba is usually cooked well. Unfortunately, the boba is smaller than normal boba sizes.
Wait times can definitely vary. I've waited as long as 45 min to an hour on Superbowl afternoon. If you know your order already, definitely recommend just using Snackpass app.
Parking can be tough during peak hours with 10 Butchers being in the same plaza.
Solid spot! Will...
