Usually great service , great food, quick interaction. Today however was a totally different story. I ordered a hamburger kids meal with onion rings and a Coke. I special ordered extra mayo and onions she asked if I wanted a girl or boy toy I asked what's the difference she said it's between a female and a male I didn't understand because I didn't know what the toy was. When I was told it was a Smurf I got the boy 👦. At the checkout I gave her a $20. She seemed a bit distracted. She gave me my change all jumbled. She handed me the drink with a straw. She then handed me the bag. I looked in the bag and there was no zesty sauce for the onion rings. So I asked her for one. I apologized for perhaps being too impatient if she were new. She didn't say if she was new or not. Very distracted. When I got my hamburger it had extra mayo, a couple onions, with super extra Mustard & Pickles. Sloppy out of the sides kind of extra. The onion rings tasted good. Coke bubbly & fizzy, just enough ice. I don't know if the hamburger tasted good; all I could taste was the mustard & pickles, which I now have indigestion from. Read moreHorrible service! We ordered through drive-through. 3 combos, whopper large combo, chicken sandwich combo, and $10 combo with a coupon. The staff who received the order complained us because we didn’t say that we had a coupon in the beginning of the order, so she put one more combo in the order. Well… I never heard from any other fast food restaurants that we have to tell that we have a coupon first when we order!! Our total was $42… $42 for those 3combos?????? We told the staff that something was wrong with the order because the price was way more than it supposed to be. She checked the receipt and told us that it was right. I carefully checked the receipt and found that she canceled only a burger, not combo. Therefore, fries and a drink were charged. We showed that to her, but she didnt check, just complaining! Even no apology for the mistake!! A manager came, checked the receipt, and gave us a refund for the difference with an apology. Okay, it seemed that the problem was solved at that time, even though we felt very bad because we were treated like big complainers. You know what? We got only medium combos. Ha! Read moreThe worse possible experience with a so called manager last night in my life. I drove to this BK to order dinner for family, over $40 spent. Got home 3 sandwiches were Wrong. Drove back went inside, explained, ( i took one of the burgers back with me, as the others had been bitten into by family members) The young lady stated she was manager. she asked me if I brought other sandwiches back. I stated no but had my receipts. The wrong 3 sandwiches were suppose to be Double Cheeseburgers, Paid for Double Cheeseburgers and only got little single cheeseburgers. The real problem is the so called manager.NOT ONE APOLOGY. Made me feel like I was seeking free food. I ask for owners name and number she stated she didn't know who that was. I ask who she worked for. She stated he wasn't the owner but never gave me a name. You try calling the posted phone number and it's an individual VM that is full, Is not Burger number. This is my 3 rd wrong order from this BK... This was the FINAL. The original guy at drive thru was pleasant, I even gave him a tip. This young lady at best needs to be sent for managerial training.
