placed an order online and used my points for part of it. When I got to the store, the employee told me I didnāt have enough points. I actually expected this issue because it happened the last time I ordered online. I showed him a screenshot of my points and what my order shouldāve cost, but instead of helping, he was rude and told me I should never order online when using points.
Honestly, thatās completely unacceptable. He should have escalated the issue to management rather than discouraging a customer from using the online system.
