Went there for the first time today because my daughter loves Karumi. Big mistake. Not only were not met with a welcome to the store, but the whole group of young employees just sized me and my family up. I get it, I had a bag in my hand from previously shopping around the mall, but that doesn't make us thieves. Instantly didn't feel comfortable to shop.
When my daughter found something she liked we took it to the counter to pay. We set out merchandise on the counter and the same gossiping, and laughing young employees just walked away from the register. The young man pulled out his phone and started texting while our family stood at the register looking at them waiting to be checked out. How embarrassing for a customer wanting to purchase products. When he finally wanted to check us out I asked if they had Karumi plushes, he answered in a low annoyed tone not even looking at me as if brushing me off.
When leaving the store after buying our merchandise a lady by the exit stood in our way acting like she was going to stop us and didnt even say thank you for shopping or anything.
I and my family will NEVER set foot in this store again, once was enough. My children don't deserve to be in a hostile...

I was at the store tonight with my friend and our 10 yr old daughters. My friends daughter accidentally walked by the table with Sanrio mirrors and one slipped off and broke. The store employee looked at this little girl and had the audacity to look her in the face and tell her she HAS to pay for the item. I was on another side of the store so wasn’t there. But when I reunited my friend had paid for the broken mirror and I was livid when she told me what happened. Immediately went to the register and asked for a refund and made a big and loud enough stink so that the other customers would be aware of the nasty rude employees at this store. I also had to give them a bit of education about retail procedures when an item on the floor...
   Read moreBUYER BEWARE!!! The owner CLAUDIA P.… targets teenagers by accusing them of stealing .This is not a place where you want to spend your money. A seemingly normal visit to the store took a turn when She accused my daughter of stealing. When my daughter and family opened up all of our bags in good faith she stated “the cameras will tell the truth”. I asked for her to show me the cameras and she said no! She then doubled and tripled down, refusing to apologize, and was rude and condescending. Fortunately, the only professional here was Antonio Torres the operations manager at Dolphin mall who will address the incident with her as it is not right to make baseless accusations and no one should be embarrassed when shopping there. Shame on her and do not waste your time...
