Wow! I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Calvin Klein store. As a big fan of Calvin Klein clothing, I expected better, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff behaved as if they were doing me a huge favor just by being there. They looked at me with scowling faces every time I approached them, and I had to practically chase them around the store just to get a door opened for the dressing room.
The worst part was the cashier. Not only did they completely ignore any attempt at greeting, but they also threw receipts and packages at customers with utter disrespect. It was shocking to see such unprofessionalism — as if handling customers' belongings was a burden. There was zero willingness to help, and their attitude was dismissive and rude throughout.
I understand this is an outlet at Dolphin Mall, where prices are lower, but that doesn’t excuse such appalling treatment. Thousands of people shop here every day, and the company makes money from each sale. Yet, the level of disrespect and indifference I experienced is unmatched — I’ve never encountered anything like this at any other store in the mall. This kind of service is unacceptable from a brand like Calvin Klein.    Read moreI had the worst experience a client can have at this store. Bought a wallet and a few minutes later I decided I wanted to return it. I didn’t take the receipt when I bought it, my bad. When I returned, cashier was different (he later told me he was the manager). First able his body language looked like he didn’t want to be there at all, no eyes contact, not smile, just a disgusted face. When I told him what I wanted he started saying that if he couldn’t find the purchase he wouldn’t be able to make the return, that with not even trying, and with a terrible attitude. I told him that the other cashier maybe threw the receipt in the trash and he got upset, as if I asked him to thro himself in the trash..I asked his name and he says that’s he didn’t have to give me his name..and because he was the manager he could do whatever he wanted, I could leave if I wanted…it was just humiliating. If the run the cameras they can have proof of all this…Calvin Klein should fire that incompetent immediately. If u see the guy in the picture leave the store immediately before you get the worst customer service...
