Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Sweetwater

My fiancé went with his groomsmen to try on suits for our wedding and they were extremely disappointed with the experience. We were told over the phone that it’s best to set appointments because they get busy on weekends, so we booked 4 appointments (1 hour each = 4 hours in total. Basically we made sure to allocate the entire Sunday business hours just for them). Unfortunately, it took a bit more than 1 hour to be done with all of 4 them. My fiancé was not able to try on the entire set of the suit with pants for the wedding because they didn’t have matching colors of the pants and all the other pieces of the suit. In other words, my fiancé has NO IDEA what he’s gonna look like on our wedding day, he couldn’t even see the right color in the store, and had to pay $250 to rent the suit. Very disappointed at the service at this place…. I hope they bring in the correct suit so that they don’t screw our wedding up. They told me over the phone that if they don’t have the color available, they will ship whatever they have in stock, so if the wrong thing arrives 2 days (TWO DAYS!!!!!) before the wedding, they will get an earful from Bridezilla. This store won't see me again. I bought a suit for my son's wedding in the same store brand but located in Winwood (close to my son's home). They tailored the pants length. Then I got the suit by mail. They told me that I could adjust or change it if needed at Doral's location (close to my home). The only change made was pants' length (which is an easy and almost mandatory change for almost all pants). I went to this Men's Wearhouse in Doral because I needed to change the suit for another lighter color, more in line with the wedding theme that was updated later on. An employee, caucasian male with a black beard, was extremely unfriendly and said there were no changes and that the jacket was without tags. I never removed them. I think they did so before mailing it. This guy had such a bad attitude that I immediately told my son: "Let's get out of here. I will never go back to this store. " We then went to MDO. They are very attentive, friendly, and flexible. I ended up buying a more expensive linen suit, and I wrote a nice review to them.

The absolute worst experience ever! Do not go to this store, the customer service is the worst! I went with cousins to purchases suits for a wedding. We made a reservation 6 weeks in advance and arrived 20 minutes early for our appointment. The gentleman who was there, who never introduced himself, was by far the rudest most unprofessional person in town. We were told that he is too busy and we would have to wait 45 - 60 minutes for him to help us, although we had scheduled appointments. Trying to be understanding, we attempted to wait and walked around. He then told us the suits there are not to be tried on, simply just for looking. Instead of asking us what colors we were looking for, he instead tried to reschedule us for another day that he won’t be working. We of course left and they lost of our business. If you are looking for a pleasant experience while looking for the perfect suit, do what we did, leave this place immediately and go to Tommy’s Tux, you won’t be disappointed.
