This store took my order for a custom suit for my wedding on July 12th. They fitted me and ordered it, I was told it would be in around August 25th 2022. August 25th comes around and suit is not here. I decide to wait a day to give them the benefit of doubt. Still no suit. So I call and they tell me they actually never shipped the suit because they ran out of the material and that had we called in sooner to check on the delivery we may have avoided it. In no way should this have been spinned on to a customer as if it is their fault. We paid and were told what to expect we did are part. Michael was the person helping us and he has no sense of how to help a customer or how to follow an order all the way through, nor does the company Indochino. After being told they don't have my suit material I had to rush in there and find a material similar to the original. Michael tried to skimp over the whole they messed my order up thing and get right to getting me into a new suit. I told them I wanted to talk to management before proceeding further, as to make this right since my wedding was less than month away. Michael fumbled around this and told me I would hear from management within 2 days, which I didn't. I didn't hear from management until I called a week later. coming back though to getting me in a new suit, Michael found a fabric somewhat similar and ordered it he said he made it "URGENT." Fast forward to a week before my wedding (Today) Sept 24th, 2022 No suit, no call from them nothing. I had to call to get more info. So now I am stuck rushing to find a decent suit for my wedding that is in a week. They refunded me the money for the suit but made sure to make it a point they don't normally do that. Through all this they made it seem like it was our fault the suit didn't come whole offering nothing to make the situation better. If you are getting a suit for business, a wedding or anything a all. Read moreI'm editing this review as Marcus is no longer there. Though, the manager at Nordstrom’s has since called and has worked things out with me. They are short staffed, but I was told they will be hiring new people soon. I will give them another try next time around. I was able to go to Easton and they got me taken care of with no issues.
I will say, the online Customer Service from Indochino has been absolutely atrocious. If I didn’t have such a positive experience with IC previously I would not be coming back.
A week ago, I had an appointment booked with IC. Received reminder emails as early as the same morning. I drove an hour to the appointment only to be rudely told that no one was there to do my appointment.
I contacted Indochino over chat. They were helpful at first, telling me it would be a couple of business days before I heard anything. I waited those days, hear nothing, followup again.
I'm told I will hear from them "tomorrow at the latest", that didn't happen. I followup a final time, and the screenshot I've provided is from that chat, where our chat was ended as the Rep no longer wanted to do her job.
I still have not heard back from them and have moved on. I can afford to buy suits anywhere. I liked my previous experience with IC and my ability to customize, but after this experience, and quite possibly receiving the worst customer service I've ever been apart of, I must recommend everyone stays away.
These people do not want to do business. They want to point blame at each other and no one has given a straight answer.
Avoid at all costs.
I set an appointment online to get fitted after a friend had referred me. I ordered two suits, and had them within 3 weeks. Marcus was awesome to deal with and had great suggestions. My first experience was in the spring of 2023 and now my second in the spring of 2024. Back in 2023, I wanted to elevate my professional appearance and decided to fully commit to 3 stylish 3-piece suits. I had never done something so bold before and Marcus Evans allowed my full confidence to be expressed in these suits. I gave him 3 variations of looks I wanted to achieve and he hit it out of the park. Due to his guidance, I completely separated myself from all my colleagues and truly elevated my professional style.
