Used to love this place. However I feel like the past 3 times I’ve gone it has disappointed. The customer service has really gone down hill. The staff is less friendly and accommodating as they used to be. I get staffing challenges are probably stressing them out, but I’ve felt more like an inconvenience lately than a customer.
I’ve ordered their winter seasonal drinks, the gingerbread latte, maple sugar latte, and snickerdoodle latte. The first two were horrible and the snickerdoodle was okay. All three drinks had minimal flavor and just tasted like regular iced coffee.
Also when we tried to go, we were told you have to have a mask to enter/order. I don’t mind that policy, is what it is, however when the rest of the mall does not require a mask I don’t bring one with me. They would not provide a mask like some other stores in the mall that require mask wearing, so instead they lost a customer today. Another sign of their customer...
