I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spun with my co-workers (Tidy Vibe Cleaners) for a sit and spin class. It was so much fun getting our hands dirty on the wheel. Ever since my daughter recommended we try Spun it has been a blast of fun and it isi a very great stress reliever. I am a beginner and I will say this the ladies at Spun are true Gems love them.
