I usually love shopping at both Pink and Victoriaās Secret, but I did not have a very pleasant experience today. I went in expecting to use my rewards with my purchases, but the one reward I had was declined. The manager at the store was exceptionally rude to me when I explained to her I had not used the reward yet, I had been waiting to use it on Black Friday. I decided not to purchase my items, and then I called customer services. My reward had never been used and the friendly customer service associate told me that there had been problems with the rewards and that they had not been working. They helped resolve the problem, but I would not be getting my reward replaced for a couple weeks. I decided to go back to the store and purchase the items I had put down. The manager was rude to me once more when I went back to purchase my things. I went up to the counter and explained to the manager what the customer service associate had told me. My stuff was already at the counter and she refused to check me out after I had already waited in line. She told me she did not understand what the customer service associate had told me. I decided to not purchase the items due to the attitude and tone in which the manger spoke to me, the customer. I can say that the both the workers and managers at the Westfield Brandon mall are much friendlier towards their customers. I enjoy shopping at that store and have never had a problem there. I will be shopping online today to avoid the rude and unprofessional experience I had today. I will not be shopping here again, what a way these people have with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe customer service is pathetic....my last experience made me NEVER want to shop at any other VS. I simply went to exchange a bottle of lotion and a travel size perfume. I had the receipt for the lotion but not for the perfume and was asked to present an ID. Be mindful a customer (white female) exchanged something without an ID as she seeming "left it home" and it was no problem however an ID was "required" for my transaction. Granted I am currently awaiting a new ID because my current ID cracked while I was out of town on vacation. The same ID was however accepted by TSA for me to board my flight without incident. I mentioned that to say that same ID in which was acceptable by TSA's standard was suddenly unacceptable for V.S. In fact as soon as the cashier saw my ID she requested the Manager. The Manager has the audacity to tell me I cannot complete this transaction because my ID would not swipe through their machine without even making an attempt. I was livid to say the least. I eventually went to another V.S. where I was able to exchange the products without incident. I was not prejudged by my skin color or the physical state of my ID. My ID was not swiped at all for the tansaction it was keyed in by the associate. Moral of the STORY: IF YOU ARE A BLK WOMAN DONT SHOP HERE. They're trained to think...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn the past, I have had excellent customer service at this location. Today, however, not so good. I went on my lunch break, as I work at the airport next door. I spent 60 min in the store looking for wedding lingerie and accessories. Not one person asked if I needed help the ENTIRE time I was in the store. I probably would have bought more if I had been helped. But, because I spent the majority of my time searching for someone to ask questions to and find stalkings (which I now learned they no longer carry), I did not have time to find everything I needed and don't really want to go back to find it after the service lacked so incredibly much. I will say; however, the gal behind the register was very nice. She had a line of at least 4-5 people the whole time I was there or I would have asked her my Qs. When I did find someone they were not polite, unfriendly and still did not ask me if I needed help with anything else. It seemed more like I was bothering her! Terrible customer service in my opinion. Very sad, because this is where I like to shop for my everyday...
