Giving a 1 Star for the Bob's Furniture delivery Team. Our appointment was set for 9:15-12:15 A.M Saturday Morning on November 13th. They called us at 8:03 and we tried to call the delivery driver back but received no answer. My husband called Customer Service (Bob's Furniture) at 8:38 to let them know we are home. We were told they will still make it out today due to our set Delivery time and it was a guarantee for them to deliver our sectional.
Prior to this delivery, we had 3 other deliveries- we received our mattress, dining room set, and adjustable bed base- and the delivery driver had no problems finding our apartment. Then out of no where, they called us at 10:44 saying they can't find my address and REFUSED to drop off our couch. (Keep in mind that we had 3 other deliveries and they found us just fine) Then say we have to reschedule again for Friday but didn't ask us if it was okay to reschedule at all and yet they still called us to tell us that during the time frame they could've still delivered our sectional. And its unacceptable because it's a breach of contract because they told us it was a GUARANTEE they were going to deliver our sectional TODAY.
We Never heard back from anyone after contacting the Manager, Store, customer Service, and ETC. Its unacceptable and the Bob's furniture delivery team, were very lazy and just wanted to get done early because it's a Saturday. Its unacceptable and it's a breach of contract for them to do this to us when we've been waiting on our sectional for almost 5 months. Terrible and lazy...
   Read moreThis was my first time at a Bobâs and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the showroom and beautiful selection (classic to modern). The greeter asked what brought me to Bobs and I said recliners and she directed me there and told me to contact her if she needed a salesperson, which I thought was great, since there was no pressure to assign any one to me right away and gave me the freedom to walk around on my time. I found the perfect (and perfectly priced) really comfy and aesthetically pleasing leather recliner and went back to the greeter who asked Alfredo to assist me. He was wonderful, professional, personable, and knowledgeable... he did not push anything and answered all my questions. He even asked discovery questions when I told him I was getting the recliner for my elderly father and was thoughtful enough to shown me recliners that raised up in case my father couldnât lift himself (good to know for future, I had no idea they made those) but he asked The right questions to make sure I picked the perfect recliner. Most of all he was honest and forthcoming about all my questions and concerns and I appreciate that!! He went through the bill of sales and gave me options on delivery and explained everything, which I also appreciated. Alfredo is the man!! I highly recommend seeing him at Bobâs and checking out the place in general, I was surprised at he large selection and really liked the quality of the furniture. Will definitely be back!!

   Read moreMy salesman Don was excellent. When I when a few months ago. He was so good that I went back in April. My happiness has turned upside down. Granted I called the store after I placed my order because I decided I wanted my chest on the other side. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. But when it was delivered it was the one I originally ordered even though I had emails and texts with the correct information. I ended up having to wait almost four extra weeks to receive the correct one. The new couch stink. The smell is terrible. I dropped something inside of it and noticed that the fabric has a rip on the inside. I haven't reached out to the store yet because I'm afraid of the wait time. I will not purchase anything else from here. Update ĂĂĂ it's sad but they have really lost a customer. I was suppose to get a bedroom set last Saturday but the delivery drivers said they couldn't delivered it because of the construction by house. Mine you there is multiple ways you could get to my house despite the construction. So I had to wait until today sad to say I still don't have it because they sent out the wrong headboard and footboard. Now they telling me they I'll have to wait 4-6 more weeks. I'm beyond upset. I asked them to wave the delivery fee but all they want to do is give me a $100 gift card. Mine you I have been sleeping on my floor and couch because of this, also I could have kept my old set it I would have known all of this was going to happen. I will never buy anything...
