Sasha, Alyssa, and Kelly are awesome! They're patient and very understanding of me and my dog. My dog is fearful of everything and comes across aggressive because he reacts by growling, lunging, and barking. His large size can be very intimidating but Alyssa and Kelly was very patient and ended up winning Beanie's trust. 30 minutes in the store and My dog was begging for kisses and rubs from them. I had several evaluations from trainers that refused to train him, and others saying he would have to be boarded and trained for 4 weeks to be trained and that wasn't guaranteed. Then I even took him to several pet boarding places that told me they never refuse boarding dogs, but had to cancel a vacation trip because they refused to take my dog after 5 minutes. One growl they instantly refuse to take him in, and these are professional dog trainers. Kelly was able to figure my dog out instantly and stood his ground and made my dog realize he was in a safe place. I couldn't believe it!! I am all for this place. They are willing to have me come in anytime to walk my dog around to get him to be comfortable so that one day he can get his bath that he desperately needs. I cannot stop raving about Everyone in this store! I wish more people were as understanding as they are. I wish they had a boarding kennel lol. Thank you so much Petbar!

UPDATE: Second time in the store and Kelly was able to get Beanie in the tub and give him a bath! So excited to finally have a place where Beanie can get beautiful. A little patience, treats, and love can go a long way and Petbar...

First time here only because our regular self wash place is still having plumbing issues. So let’s start first with the staff. They are friendly and helpful when u can find one. The place tho is dirty. Yes I know their are animals going in there but when u take me to a bath area to self wash I don’t expect the area to be clogged and soap not to work and water not to be able to be adjusted. It was either cold or burning hot. Staff said they have been having issues with some of the showers..ok! Then when needing to dry my dog all the areas were Filthy. Huge piles of hair, brushes full of hair the whole area just piles of hair from so many dogs. Why aren’t they cleaned by staff after someone leaves? It was just us there why wasn’t anyone cleaning the area so we can get a clean room to dry my dog in? Instead was trying to dry my dog with other dog hair flying around the room. Disgusting! Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone! . Also it’s $8 more to self wash than our regular place and for what? So not worth it! And the towels were a joke? She handed 2 hand sized towels for my 80lb dog! Go...

The first time we went it was perfect even though they charge more than what they confirmed before drop off. The second time we went is like my dog wasn't even washed or groomed, I have hardly walked out the door and noticed feces on my dog's legs, instead of giving her another bath and just use dry shampoo. They had her and some cage area that looked like it had supplies, she was barking her head off (and she's not a very verbal dog) obviously unhappy from whatever experience she had. The groomer was rude and short but never gave any feedback to why the dog was still in the condition it was. I was still overcharged even though the dog wasn't clean. I had to book an emergency spa visit with another place the same day due to us traveling and the difference was day and night. I will never go back to...
