I recently visited Charminar express, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was not up to expectations—my Biryani was overcooked and lacked flavor, and the portions were smaller than expected for the price. On top of that, the service was slow and inattentive, with the staff seeming disorganized and forgetting key parts of our order. We waited far too long for our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even close to what we had hoped for. Overall, it felt like the restaurant was more focused on quantity than quality, and I left feeling unsatisfied.
*I think I don’t have option to respond to you reply, so I’m using same review again. * Thank you for your response. While I appreciate your attempt to address my feedback, I stand by my review and my experience at your restaurant. As a customer, it is important to be able to express concerns when something doesn’t meet expectations, especially when it comes to food and service.
In my case, the issues were not isolated to one or two minor details—there were multiple aspects of the meal that did not meet the standards I was expecting, and this was not the experience I hoped for. It’s not about “damaging” your reputation; rather, it’s about providing honest feedback so that businesses can improve.
We all have our bad days, and if this was just a one-off issue, I would be happy to give you the benefit of the doubt. However, considering my experience and other similar reviews, I believe this is a genuine concern that should be addressed.
I do hope you take this feedback to heart and work towards delivering a better dining experience in the future. Authentic customer reviews are meant to help businesses grow—not just to...
Read moreThe soul has been given its own ears to hear things the mind does not understand." And at this halal Indian restaurant, the soul hears every flavor speak.
We began our journey with warm garlic naan— soft, fragrant, and fire-kissed, like a sacred offering. It tore effortlessly, as if inviting us to share something deeper.
The butter chicken followed—tender, rich, and comforting, its golden sauce embracing the heart like a long-lost friend. Each bite whispered, “You were born with wings…”—and here, we flew.
Then came the chicken tandoori—vibrant, smoky, and perfectly spiced. Grilled with love, served with reverence, it was not just halal in name, but in spirit: pure, mindful, and full of blessing.
This restaurant doesn’t just serve food—it serves presence. It offers a space where the sacred and the flavorful meet, where every dish is a verse, and every bite a reminder: "What you seek is seeking you."
We sought good food. We found nourishment for body and...
Read moreMy wife and I had an amazing lunch at Charminar Express! We’ve loved the original San Diego location for years, so when we saw they opened in Temecula, we couldn’t wait to check it out — and it did not disappoint.
We both ordered the 2-item lunch combo. I went with Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala with garlic butter naan, and my wife had Chicken Vindaloo and Butter Chicken with garlic naan. Everything was bursting with flavor — rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced.
Our server, Harsh, was wonderful — super kind, attentive, and even told us about their Wednesday night all-you-can-eat buffet (which we’re definitely coming back for).
Everything about this place impressed us: the food, the value, the service, and the atmosphere. Charminar Express has officially become our new favorite Indian spot in Temecula. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their taste buds and enjoy some incredible...
