Beachbreak — Local services in Temecula

I usually shop at lake Elsinore location & never have a problem w customer service however they told me about their Temecula location due to not having my size in bottoms. Upon arriving the owner greeted & helped everyone but myself & was very rude to me don't know if it was due to not having blonde hair or not but sure seemed that way. I went ahead & shopped anyways exchanged my top that needed a different size too however still no luck on the right size of bottoms. I returned about 2 weeks later & they had my size in bottoms however they would not honor 2 for $30 deal & she wouldn't allow me buy the bottoms unless I paid $30 for them alone or she told me to buy another top so I would spend $70 on 4 items I don't need I just wanted 1 set that fit for $30 not $60 or $70. This was the owner that wouldn't honor the deal even if I showed her proof of receipt as if I'm trying to hustle however she was doing the hustling by trying 2 get me 2 buy more stuff that I didn't need or want. Very unprofessional business & id rather spend $100 on 1 bathing suit just 2 be treated like a human being. Never shopping there again & don't recommend especially when their name brands aren't ALL THAT like really Marilyn manroe bottoms for $30 when u can buy me at...

I wanted to Thank Kristina again for providing me with Excellent Customer Service, she was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked thru the door. Kristina greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the store and asked how she could help me.
