I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. A little while back I went to see the psychic Kristin and was completely lied to. First and foremost she acted as if she could see my spirt guide in the room with me and “talked” to them when in actuality they are supposed to be revealed to only YOU and yourself only. I had to learn this the hard way thanks to her and I had been contacting with an unknown spirt for months who were sabotaging my life in which was the one she claimed was protecting me. It gave me the wrong idea of spirt guides and overall I felt my both my spirituality and tarot reading in general, something that was special and meaningful to me was sabotaged and broken. It took me months to get back into it due to her and it was honestly a disheartening experience. And this is not even including the other lies she told me like who my soulmate was or certain things about my career at the time that are just flat out not true and did not align up with who I am or the path that I am on. I believe she tells others misinformation and deceives them only to get people to come back to her so she can make a high profit as I am not the only one who has had this experience. If you want to shop where they treat you as if they ar doing you a favor to shop at their store welll this Management is it. I asked for something that they did not have 3-4 weeks ago. I live in the San Fernando Valley and out of nowhere I received a call today that the tarot cards are in. They can only hold them until the end of today and itia already 3:30pm. Now, tell me? Do I own a helicopter? Give a couple of days notice at least. They never gave me an approximate time when they would even try to order the cards. This is totally unexpected on my behalf. So, I guess I need to drive my SUV in traffic and put $100 in the tank and forget about picking up my kids from school because the Tarot Cards are here today?!!! They never would have had these if I didn't ask about a particular brand. If they are that thirsty I don't want the cards. They will have bad Ju-ju on them anyway. This is an alleged Spiritual Store. This guy must think it's Neiman Marcus. I called the Green Man Store in North Hollywood and they said they would glady hold the cards for a couple of days and it was no big deal. I love Lady of the lake. I have been going to the Temecula location since I was 13 years old with my brother. I can be there for hours just checking out their stuf . It’s my go to for most of my insense and crystals and oracle decks candles books sage tarot decks oil perfumes I just love their stuf I’ve bought quite a few things over the years . I also go there for my tarot readings I used to go to Debbie for readings long ago she was awesome and let me say that I absolutely love Kristin who is there now she has always been spot on with my readings she’s very intuitive I trust her she’s an amazing soul . They are all great and knowledgeable there I love all the tarot readers there but definitely Kristin is my favorite she’s also very kind loving caring and gentle I know that she’s is very in tune with her higher self.
