My beef is with billing. I had a heart attack and made arrangements to pay the bill later. The arrangement was made with reassurances that my credit would not be affected.

My arrangement was that I pay most of my pmt and the next month to start my payments as normal.

I made pmts but now show a 60 day late. YES A 60. I called to ask how to fix this since arrangements were made.

The response was that the notes say I called that I called to say I could not make the pmt but credit is credit.

No remorse, no care in the world about their associate lying. The supposed supervisor in the call center said that "We report credit, good credit, bad credit"

I walked in to pick up my ring which was a birthday present from my daughter I had a copy of the receipt and I paid for the sizing so I had that receipt but because my name was not on the original receipt when it was purchased Andrea would not give it to me and she seemed very busy and needed to get back to what it was she was doing which was closing up for the night so I am not happy I won’t shop there again I live in another state and I don’t have time to run back and try and pick up my gift from my daughter again so my daughter is going to have to pick it up now and send it to me and that’s a dangerous thing to do . I purchased a custom name plate a little less than a year ago and I was worried that it would be too thin and the store clerk reassured me it would be fine. When I got it was ridiculously thin! I’ve taken great care of it and i would treat it very well and it would still bend it would bend to the shape of my chest I never thought anything of it until today it broke as I was wearing it!
