I’ve been to this place several times over the last few months because my boyfriend and I have been staying at the few hotels nearby.
We’ve given this Del Taco countless chances & “benefit of the doubts”, however the negative aspects unfortunately remain ENTIRELY consistent.
Biggest Complaint: Our orders are NEVER CORRECT! I’m not even exaggerating here... every time we have gone through the drive thru, we get back only to realize the order was not correct &/or something was missing. We started trying to check really fast before driving away, but sometimes the only way to know if something is wrong is by biting into it. 😕
Example - they do not understand what “bold” &/or “well done” means for your burrito.
Idk if it just happens to be an “off day” for them every SINGLE random time we come here, but I’m for sure tired of it enough to start going elsewhere...
Read moreThe drive thru woman was extremely rude. All I asked is if there was 2 different sizes of the breakfast burrito. She responded yes there are 2, a roller and a 1/2 lb. I asked how much for the 1/2 lb and she told me to read the menu. I was looking at the menu for a 1/2 lb breakfast burrito for about 30 secs but could not find it. So again I asked how much they were and she snapped and said the breakfast menu is on the left side of the board, and then started reading all the items off and their prices. Not one of the items is called a 1/2 lb breakfast burrito first off and that is why I couldn't find it. This could of easily been avoided if she was a little nicer...
Read moreI went here for my lunch around 11 am. The lady with the long black hair helped me out at the drive thru window. She was very RUDE!!! First off I asked politely can I add something into my combo burrito she said I don't know. We have already made the food. Ok the bag is still in your possession so you can't unwrap the burrito and add what I like?? They do this all the time for me.
