If anyone says they enjoy this place its the best it is truly a lie!!! My husband and I were constantly harass by tentants that made hate crime remarks and racial slurs, when we notify the office about it and showed video footage of each attack nothing was done. They do not do their jobs we requested our ac to be fix they called three weeks later I was six months pregnant in the summer time and they took their time. They wanted to fix it the week before our move out date. The laudry room always have one or more washer and dryer that is not working . The apartments have black mold in the bathrooms and all the windows. Whenever there is a issue such as maintenance work , people parking in your space or just chaos in the complex they do not solve it and if ask to speak to the VP of the complex they will not pass on the information or give the office number. It's either deal with the office or just deal with the problem. This place is not worth your money at all it is not a comfortable place to live. There is only one ac unit and it's in the bedroom only a heater in the living room so the summer months are unbearable in this city. Erica and the older lady are extremely lazy always have a bad attitude and never want to do their job. Whenever things go wrong they look to blame the tentant instead of finding out the problem and trying to solve it. My husband and I went through our first pregnancy here and I suffer from medical issues and stress due to them not wanting to handle issues when we brought it to their attention. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve never experienced such horrible conditions of apartments . First of all there is never a quiet day in the apartment complex . These apartments are now deciding to renovate the old apartments in the complex so if your below or above an older model apartment your SOL. I’ve have FOUR apartments renovated in the 6 months near and it sounds like they are RIGHT in your living room using every single tool in the book banging , jack hammers , saws anything you could imagine . I’ve actually had to leave for a couple of days just to get proper sleep because I work at night and they start at 7 am. Also, just like any normal apartment complex that has people who maintain the yard they would come ONCE a week. This apartment has yard workers coming 3 to 4 times out the week to do little things and come creating SO MUCH NOISE .The man who lives above me said he’s been here for 7 years and he’s only dealing with these conditions because he doesn’t have the credit to move anywhere else . My neighbors were drug addicts and banging on my door and windows at 3am and I have a newborn baby.These apartments are by far the absolute WORST apartments I been in yet . Honestly you couldn’t pay me to live here again unless rent was free. PLEASE RUN AS FAST YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE PEACEFULLY . My lease is up in the next 3 months and I can’t be any more happier I’ve actually had to come out of pocket just to get good rest and pay for hotels . Nobody should...

I rented my first apartmet here in 1989. The property was called Park Manor back then.I rented an upstairs 2 bdrm, 1 bath unit. I believe in was apt #525. The rent back then was $500. a month for Very Generic floor plans and cheesy motel furniture (I rented a furnished apt) no central air , no storage , and the stairwell was always hot and steamy and smelt horrible. It was stupid to have sucH a large master bedroom, with no master bath..I hated sharing the bath with my roommate and her boyfriend. ... The apartments look very outdated today and does not look like they have done anything to upgrade and refurbish the units.... the only things that look like they did to make it different is cut down 90% of the beautiful trees and shade ( good side to that is I'm sure they cut back on the skunk problem at night lol)... Change the property name , and JACK UP THE PRICE OF RENT, and OVERCHARGE everyone!... So glad that was the only apartment I've lived in and I have had houses ever since...
