Edit: Gave it a second chance today. Bad mistake.
Found something pretty, and figured it was worth a shot with the additional 20% off today. Cashiers were not friendly and looked overwhelmed and battered. I had a guy first who then switched me to a different till and a manager when he saw I was paying with cash. Both he and the manager said “YoU kNoW tHiS iS fInAl SaLe, RIIIGHT?” And that definitely was my big warning. It was like they knew I’d hate it. Brought it home and YEP. Horrible fit. The item didn’t even have a tag inside for the brand or size, just the Reclectic tag, so I don’t know how to list it for resell. Complete waste of $54.
I also noticed this time around that Mediums do not exist here. No size 8-10 almost at all. And that makes sense — those would be the popular styles people would be less likely to return. Most of these clothes are the “runs big” or “runs small” things that didn’t do well in stores. You may have more luck as a xxs or an xxl.
ADVICE TO STORE: If you want people to pay $60-100 for clothes without trying them on (not OVER their clothes) you have GOT to make them returnable. Or add freaking dressing rooms.

Shopping here is like a nightmare. There’s hundreds of thousands of pieces so you keep thinking “Surely I’ll find one thing my size” but you don’t. Tons of items I pulled off the rack had holes, tears, and even gaping rips. Dresses are still $70-100 (even torn!) for anything remotely nice and not cheap materiel, and you might actually score a better deal than that at the stores they originally sold from.
Items really need to be sub-categorized by size. It’s ridiculous to expect every customer to paw through a space the size of a warehouse just hoping to find their size. There’s general “M-XXL” signs over enormous areas, and the clothes in those areas are stuff with misplaced things.
The areas by the entrances are where they put a lot of merchandise that they have a big stock off, so they can display it to look more like a regular store. But the piles of skirts on the table and the rolling racks of the same pant are all XS. That feeling you get when you reach the last one and realize they’re all the same size is one of the worst.
All workers are already dead inside, frown, and won’t make eye contact.
I think my experience was made worse because I’ve been a loyal Anthro fan since I was a teen and had such high hopes for a place where I could find some of the same things at more affordable prices.
Nah. The sale prices at Anthro when they do 40% off are the same or better as here and you will have a much...

This venue is HUGE
We were there for about 2 hours and only got through 15% of the store merchandise
If someone has a more skillful tactic to conquering this spot please share 👀
There are so many different styles under one roof. This is probably the one thing I really like about this place. No matter your style or the person you’re shopping with there truly is something for everyone.
Now I had 0 vision when I went into this place and wasn’t looking for anything in particular so you know what that means
That’s means I walked out of there with a little bit of everything
I love that they also have decor so if you’re looking for items for a room or possibly dorm ideas this is a great spot as well
Here’s what I did learn about this place and hopefully it saves you some time
There are NO dressing rooms Pause for dramatic effect
I’ll say it again for the folks who skim read
THERE ARE NO DRESSING ROOMS
Now that you heard me I advise wearing skin tight workout out clothes
Me personally I wore a 1 piece skin tight workout jumper
This allowed me to easily put clothes over this outfit and stay as true to my size as possible
It also made it easier to throw on items and not feel bashful about doing so in a public space
2nd word of advice Don’t fall in love until you you’ve thoroughly looked at every stitch
There are NO refunds
I’ll say it again for the skim readers
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
Once you try a piece on and decide you want it look over every stitch of that fabric
The store does a relatively decent job of placing tags on items with holes and tears but when your inventory is this large it’s expected that some will be missed
I bought a very cute dress and when I got home it had a hole in the inseam so now I have a very cute pajama dress
I’ve seen some comments talking about the wait in line to pay. I went midweek during spring break and the line wasn’t any issue.
Overall if you have the time there are some really great and unique finds by some top designers as...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place, but after several visits since it opened, it just keeps going downhill. The clothing selection this past weekend was especially disappointing-the dress section felt particularly sparse- and it’s getting harder and harder to find items that aren’t badly damaged. I came across so many pieces that were completely unwearable (broken zippers, holes in the center of garments) and still priced over $60. Sure, there are signs noting that some items may have wear/gently used and should be inspected, but the prices should reflect the actual condition.
The lack of fitting rooms isn’t a dealbreaker for me-I know what to expect now- but it can feel uncomfortable, especially with the number of men lingering around and the mirrors being placed in high-traffic areas, so trying anything on feels more like public shaming in a badly lit hallway than shopping at times.
Honestly, I don’t expect much in terms of customer service in a warehouse-style setting, but the staff often seem annoyed that people are even shopping, which doesn’t exactly improve the experience. I used to find a few great pieces here and there after digging through the racks, but now treasures are few and far between. If the quality and selection were better, I could put up with the rest - but lately, it’s felt more like an exercise in frustration.
Not worth the time, effort or gas for...
