Crumbl — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

Horrible experience at this location. Went on Friday night about 6:00 and they were "Sold Out" of the cookie I wanted. Not sure how you would do that so early on a Friday night. I asked if I could get some of the cream cheese icing on another cookie they had and the girl just shook her head no at me (couldn't even speak). When another employee approached me (I think may have been the manager) asking if I wanted to place an order, I asked again and was told "no". One would think some accommodations could be made to "wow" customers if they are out of a cookie. I ended up getting other cookies that were mediocre at best. They had very little flavor or presence. The staff was not friendly at all and for this to be a newer location it was extremely disappointing.

I then went back the next night since I was in the area again and I really wanted to try the Vanilla Crumb Cake cookie. I ordered them online and when I got there only one person was visible and she was working on an order. She looked up after me standing there for a little bit and asked if I needed help. She was working on my order and said it would be another minute since they only had 3 of the 4 Vanilla Crumb Cake cookies. While I waited for the last cookie, about 4-5 other staff members finally appeared. When presented with the cookies, I asked if I could have all fresh, hot cookies since I waited for them, which they reluctantly did. Usually good. Will NOT get over that my bf picked up my order and they gave me the WRONG cookie. I had ordered the top tier and they gave me the cookie that cost less. Waste of money and stress on my taste buds, they never corrected it but still take my money for cookies. Don’t trust them if they don’t open the box to show you like they’re supposed to. If u have someone pick it up, Have whoever check the box. Waaaaaay too expensive to not get what u ordered, or your money back, or a replacement. That’s bad business but my bf wants the stupid cookies so I’m still giving them my money mad EVERY TIME I have to think about over all of the months spending here I am now at a loss of 3 cookies about $15.00 not including time and gas. As a broke person I save up all week to go get the cookies for us once a week so it rly hurts that they don’t fix their mistakes. I order cookies about 3 times a month or more . Mostly a door dash order . The last 4 times we have ordered, Horrible cookies super hard and crunchy around the edges . Middle not even soft . Every cookie with filling is soggy and wet . This week we ordered graham fudge . The graham cookie was super soggy and had condensation on the fudge strips, the wedding cake cookie was so crunchy around the edge it literally had crumbs when bit also had barley any icing on the top , Brownie sundae was soggy and sloppy made filling was on the side and coming out over the edge . The chocolate chip crunchy and hard . So disgusted with the quality of the cookies , this is not the first time it has been the last 4 times .. like why ?
