I will never return to this place and I will encourage all of my friends to do the same... Unbenounced to me the location was closed the doors were open and sign in the window said open. I ran in and was about to ask for a specific liquor. Before I could say anything he yells out we're closed. I responded ok, but do you carry 'XYX' he responds it doesnt matter we are closed. I said I understand that now but do you carry it. He then responded NO! We don't. So then I turn around to walk out and he says what difference does it make if we carry it or not we are closed I said. I was really taken aback. I responded well seeing that there is always tomorrow when you reopen if you have it????? He responds well be dont. That was excellent customer service. Dont you agree? I encourage whomever reads this. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE... Drive a little further down the road and...

If I could rate this place higher that 5 stars I would! The store was immaculate, very well kept! You can tell that the owner really takes pride in the store! The staff was extremely friendly and walked with me to help me find just what I was looking for! The have a great selection and if they don’t have what you’re looking for just talk to someone there and they will help you find it! Great place and great people! This is the only liquor store I will go to in the DFW metroplex...

As a whiskey fan, I love going to Loyalty Liquors as they get some of the absolute best store picks I’ve seen. But above and beyond that, their owners are super personable and friendly. Every time I go in, I have a great conversation with the owner Aaron, pick up a unique bottle of whiskey, and ask him to refer me to a new wine to try. I am always impressed with his recommendations.
