A boy comes and asks after 40 mins, if we need platter first or biriyani first. I responded something is better than nothing, He got the Biriyani and the food was cold and we asked why it was so cold, they said, they can get extra rice which is hot. And we got bowl of extra rice. Which is not biriyani. And then we finished having biriyani, and the platter was not yet served, I asked the girl to cancel it and she got someone from inside the kitchen and he started saying that it's their usual time to serve and can not cancel and started saying sorry. And now its the Desert time, they did not serve the desert, they did not serve the Drink that we ordered- sprite but the girl was keen to make us pay ASAP. These were college kids and we were not able to say anything to them. The desert was named Mulberry and all I found in it Rasberry pieces with custard. All I had is cold biriyani and 2 thumssup and payed extra for sprite and platter - we told the girl to remove it from the bill but she didn't care to remove it even if it was not served. All I want to say is when we go to eat at restaurant, we want to have a nice experience not an unpleasant one. The manager or owner whoever is accountable must have their brains checked out to provide such kind of unpleasant experience to customers. At the end of the day, am paying for the shitty experience that you...

Each grain of rice was infused with the essence of the flavorful broth, creating a harmonious medley of tastes. However, there is certainly room for improvement to elevate it to perfection.
