If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. I am with my 3 yr old grandson and I ask the girl working there where the wrapped chocolate bear is and she Rudely responds, “they are at the front register where they always are” so, I hand my grandson the candy again he’s 3. He opened it and started eating it she then says “are you going to pay for that “ accusing me of wanting to steal a 2 .00 item. If I were walking out of the store I could understand her reasoning but, I am in the store shopping for more items. I felt very uncomfortable and I bought my items including the one my 3 yr old grandson was eating that I had every intention to pay for and did. Please teach your employees to not accuse paying customers of stealing until you know for sure. Number one if someone was to steal they would probably not be asking a question and taking the candy so others could see number 2 don’t assume as someone is in the store shopping with a 3 yr old wanting his promised candy from his grandma that they are stealing a 2.00 item . He’s 3 ! I am sure I was not the first. I really don’t fit the profile of a thief I am a grandma well dressed with an expensive jogger and just purchased 170 shoes in her bag. Really think...
Read moreThis store needs to focus on managing their customer flow and line. The candy is great, but if I have to be treated like a kid being reprimanded at school, I don't need your stupid candy! The register in the front is for people pulling things off the shelves, the line near the freezer is for people with custom orders. It's not that hard of a system to figure out. As a matter of fact I've been coming to See's Candy my entire life and that's how it's always worked. When you have a huge overflowing line, and an extra employee just wandering around the store doing nothing, that might be your hint to open up the express register. But a good solution to that is yelling at your customers and making them feel stupid for standing in the wrong place. Poor form, poor form. Getting my holiday chocolates from the supermarket this...
Read moreWe love See's! The associates are very helpful and their chocolate is delicious! They offer a free sample to customers at the candy counter. You can create a custom mixed box of chocolates and candies, and they also offer boxed chocolates, truffles, nuts and chews, lollipops, and sugar free candy. Their shops have that classic look and feel, with a mostly white decor and checkerboard black-and-white floor. We like to drop by for a free sample and purchase our favorite chocolates to nibble on as we walk the mall. I recommend you drop by if you've never been, or if it's been a while since...
