I don't remember going here. I must have walked by at the mall and now my phone thinks I went here. Looks like a clothing store. Not sure what all they have but if it looks appealing to you, then I say go and check it out. I am trying to make this review over 200 characters so I will keep trying random things until I feel as though I have met that 200 character minimum. When you have to use enough characters to write a "helpful review" I feel like they're asking for people to write nonsense. How does this help other people decide if they will shop at the store. Sometimes short and simple reviews can be the best and most beneficial. Also there should be a character count so that the reviewer will know how many characters they have actually typed. And it looks like I need to keep writing more and more so that I will hit that 200 character minimum. I guess that is more than I thought it would be. Who has this much to say about a store? The worst customer service I have ever had. I went to return 4 of 5 funko pops that I had purchased on-line, Mike at the Washington Square refused the return stating the policy is that if you purchase 5 of something it makes the sale final. I read the whole return policy on-line. there is no mention of the 5 final sale policy. I left and again read through the return policy guess what- no mention of 5 final sale policy. I call box lunch at Washington Square asked if they would produce this policy. They refused and accused me of swearing. I did not swear. So I call the clackamas box lunch asked if could return 4 funko pops. Mary said no problem as long as it wasn’t 5. I drove over to clackamas and completed my return without a problem. The people here are actual angels- I lost my nose piercing in the store (tiny thing, probably only a few millimeters!!!!) and was freaking out, and the employee with blue twin tails (so sorry I never got your name) literally got out a broom and was sweeping under all the fixtures for me, took down my contact information as well. When I had given up on finding it and was about to leave, she FOUND IT!!!! Literally such a kind thing to do, I told her plenty of times that it was ok and was probably a lost cause and she was attentive enough to notice this tiny little gem on the ground.
