Honestly not a great experience. The agent assisting me seemed very scripted. There wasn't much in the way of connection or getting to know me. It's like they had a playbook and just refused to deviate. They also weren't very helpful in getting me to understand a proper jacket and pants fit either. It was just "yeah this one probably works, any other size and you won't fit". I wasn't thrilled with how the sample suit looked, but apparently nothing to be done since that's just how my body works (which was impression the agent left with me, it's apparently my fault the items aren't working).
I also was noticing a sharpness in tone with my questions. As if my concerns were pointless and I needed to focus on other things. Just as an example: When I inquired about possible purchasing the suit (if I liked it), apparently that's not an option because the reservation called for rental only. No workarounds, no exceptions, just not possible. Return the suit or you'll get daily late fees. If you want to purchase something come back and do that on your own time.
I do give some points for speed. I was able to seen right away with no appointment, and the whole process was pretty quick. I think i was in and out in under 30 minutes. Although part of me wonders if because so little time was taken that the quality will end up suffering as a result.
Overall, the experience left me with little confidence. I'll be surprised if the final product turns out halfway decent. I don't have much a choice but to go with it since it was part of the event planning. So I guess all I can do now is cross my fingers and hope for the best. Even if it does turn out well, I'll probably take any future suit related business elsewhere. Ideally somewhere they I feel like I am being taken seriously as a paying customer (since yes I did have to pay for this particular rental).
*Edit - Addition: I was also surprised how they didn't offer any additional items I may have needed for the event. Since the contract only covered jacket and pants, I would have expected at least questions asking if I may need anything extra that I would like to look at while I was there (like a button shirt, or tie, etc.). But there was nothing, just fitting, pay us, and leave. Unfortunate for them because I could've used a button shirt, but now I'm not so keen to buy from there.
UPDATE: moving from two to four stars. I had a wedding to attend last year. After considering all my local options, I decided to give this location another shot. The experience was like night and day compared to the first. I was greeted and engaged almost immediately. The agent seemed genuinely interested in my needs and getting me the ideal suit for the event. He even gave some great tips and suggestions on how to wear the items to better fit my body. Even a few days after the reservation was made, I was able to make an adjustment to the order with zero hassle. The suit looked great and I got many compliments from the other guests.
Part of the change might have been because of my own agency, I was free to select whatever I wanted this time. But also major credit to the agent who was assisting me this time as well. That experience alone salvaged my opinion, and I'm willing to consider them more readily next time I have need...

I visited with my father, fiancé, his brother/best man, and one of our groomsmen to start the process of ordering everyone suits for our wedding. Everything seemed fine as my father and fiancé were the first ones up to get measured, but my dad has a bad shoulder and it started acting up so he needed to go. All of a sudden the woman helping us insisted he needed to make payment before he leaves. Payment for what?? We hadn’t even confirmed colors/styles yet! I hadn’t been shown any swatches, HAVENT EVEN BEEN TOLD A PRICE and she wants us to pay?? I told her we’re not quite ready to finalize the order yet and her whole demeanor changed. From that second on we were treated like trash. I kept trying to explain I’d just like to confirm colors/accessories and asked if our best man and groomsmen could continue being fitted while I do so, and she refused. A male employee came up and pretty much told us “why are you even here if you’re not ready to pay”. What???? How can I be ready to pay when I don’t even know what I’m getting yet, and that’s what I’m TRYING to find out and that I need to be HELPED through the process? This is literally the first time we’ve stepped foot into this store. I myself work in sales and customer service, and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today. I ALWAYS make sure to help them find exactly what they want, need, and make sure they are comfortable and fully informed of the process and what they are purchasing. The way the staff just ended our appt completely and refused to further help us was shocking. Our best man drove 8hrs round trip to come down here and go to this fitting with us, and they refused to help him or the other groomsmen. The two staff members (tall slender woman with reddish/brown hair and a guy with dark blonde hair) were extremely disrespectful and rude to us. I am still in disbelief that we were treated this way. The thing is, we would have been willing to buy today, if we had actually been given the chance to confirm what we wanted! Instead, we were treated like garbage and we will never return to this store, and I urge anyone that reads this review, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I really hope this reaches management as those two employees severely need re-training. Completely unacceptable how we were treated, and absolutely the worst service I have...
Read moreDauna (im not sure how to spell her name)the super woman! I visited this location on 4/24/22 and I arrived about 15 minutes prior to them opening. At the door was about 20 or so people already waiting. I didnt quite know where I was to go to get fitted for the wedding that already had the group code so I just signed where everyone else had been. After waiting for about 20 minutes i was approached by Dauna she investigated my event and noticed I didnt need to wait in that line and she personally could expedite my checkout. Thats when she proceeded to put on her SUPERWOMAN cape and ran around the store knowing exactly where my items were just based on the SKU. She problem solved some fitting solutions that would have otherwise been detrimental to me looking the best at my event. While she swiftly handled my fitting she also coordinated with customers and staff addressing previous encounters and even remembering what those customers needed which were fittings in the PAST. She was shuffling and helping all of us fast and extremely accurate with her assistance. Mind you there is probably 30 or so customers in this store all of who seem to be extremely grumpy. She remembered each person she had personally assisted. Dauna and most of her staff met these customers with a pleasant attitude and effectively did what they could to help them get out in a timely manner. I notice she is a leader in this organization just based on her interaction but whatever financial or otherwise compensation she is earning is not enough for the absolute precision she handled my visit and those around me at the same time. I am extremely grateful for her efforts and the rest of the staff just straight getting after it this Sunday. Thank you very much MWH staff....
