I bought a dress and sandals. I love the dress. It’s unique and gorgeous. However, I spend thousands of dollars on the sandals but when I wear them, they are not comfortable at all and slippery. The straps hurt and my feet get dirty very quickly when I wear them. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have a customer service guarantee. I feel bad and stuck with this sandals. I tried to return them, but they said no return. I do expect high quality of the product when spend thousands of dollars. I don’t think I will spend that much money at the store...
