All I can say is they need to actually hear the customer! I’m so upset! I placed an order online few days ago. I come from Vancouver and I remembered that there could have been a possibility of my order being placed back. So what do I do? I call! I called Friday at about 7:30pm and asked the associate if my order would still be available, if I come in the morning? She said yes it still is. I go in at 11 AM and guess what? First, no “welcome in”just awkward stares. I go up the register telling them I had an online pick up. They can’t find it. I tell them the situation and long story short they said it was put back. Then they proceed with you will get a refund though.The refund wasn’t the problem. The problem is I called last night and I told you I would come in the morning and you said that’s totally fine! Stop repeating that I had 3 days and will get a refund. If I call you last night to confirm and you tell me it will still be there in the morning, then I expect that! Otherwise I wouldn’t have made the drive. Then you can’t even help your new associate look for another one. I made a 40 minute drive to be told no one else has it and to come back in a week or so. No I will not go back. Listen to what the problem is!!! If you would of just said “hey sorry, because it went past your 3 days, it did get put back and we no longer have any available” then darn ok I would of understood. It was 4 days! But don’t say it will be there in the morning if it’s not! Then I wait another 20 minutes in the store while your new employee is lost not knowing where to look! She then asks the manager and the manager can’t even come up to talk to me! I’m standing right there… I have managed few stores and if things escalate to that point, I would of taken over....
Read moreI had the worst experience at the Pandora store inside Washington square today. I’ve bought many items from that store and always received very good CS until today. I realised it’s during their busy promotion period so they were very busy as I walked in. The person who helped me was their store manager. I have 10 items for a friend I’m buying for and there’s 1 item they didn’t have in the store. I was told thy can not order it for me as the store and online are separate entities (in the past when this happened CS was always able to do so for me to help to get the best promotional discount). I asked her can I just buy (pay for) all the 10 items here and have they shipped the one missing item to the store to qualify for the promotion. She proceeded to tell me no and I had to pick and choose as “ you can’t get the best of both worlds” in a very condescending tone. I was stunned. First of all, there was no need to talk to a customer like that, ever. Especially I was calm and polite. Secondly, she could have just suggested me ordering everything online if i want to fulfil the total cost for the promotion discount (but then I guess she won’t be be getting any commission that way). Anyway the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable and weird. I did not enjoy my time there and I hated the way I was treated. Pandora, please do better CS training even with your store manager as they are suppose to set an example to the other SAs in there. Needless to say, I will never ever seek for her help...
Read moreI purchased a ring for my daughter in May 2024 from Pandora, assured by the salesperson that it was of great quality and covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, the ring started peeling and losing its paint after only a few months of light use, something they referred to as tarnishing.
What is frustrating is that my daughter barely used the ring, and it was always stored properly when not worn. Does air cause rings to tarnish? This was not a case of misuse or carelessness, but rather a quality issue.
When I reached out to Pandora, they dismissed the issue, implying it was normal wear and tear. I expected better quality and accountability from a brand like Pandora. For the price I paid, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I am reconsidering ever purchasing from them again.
