I am a local and a returning customer! I was appalled at the cashier's behavior refusing to allow me to get a sentence out before refusing any help! I bought a cute t- shirt for my daughter yesterday for Mother's Day, I accidentally picked up the wrong size. I went back the very next morning with the tags and size sticker still on it and still in their surf style bag. I had grabbed a coupon and not the receipt but all I wanted to exchange the size and was refused! That is absolutely absurd. I can understand not doing a refund without a receipt but it was just an even exchange and it was an error on my part grabbing the wrong paper slip they gave me. Shame to lose a customer over a $20 t shirt!! I won't step foot in there again!! I'm out $20...

Be aware that they have a no refund policy!! I bought a floating lanyard for glasses. I tried to use the item when I got to my car. It would not slide on to my glasses. Have double vision from being hit by a distracted driver so changing glasses is not an option. I came back inside in less than 5 minutes with the unused item and they informed me that all purchases are final and no refunds. We stopped in and were greeted but that’s where it ended. Was looking at very expensive sandals and asked for some help with size after grumpy came over and found it for us she went back to counter where all together 3 women working the store. We went to pay and ask a question but was told sorry shift change counting $. Okay I had a question but none of the other made a move to help or answer so we put the items back and left.
