I have to give my review even though it won't change anything. We got to the order speaker when she finally asked what we want I started telling her when she cut's me off and said hold on, after about 3 minutes later she came back on, I started over, I had to repeat the order three different times. I drive up to the first window and no one is there so I drive up to the next window no one there, so I back up to the first window and finally the kid comes to the window, he asks what I ordered now I'm laughing that they are so incompetent. He charges me $32. And change (Wow) ok I drive up to the pickup window and the girl asks what I ordered she leaves and comes back and asks again what I ordered (really?) after about 5 minutes she comes back and gives me my soda and asks what the other drink was? I tell her large chocolate shake she hands me what looks like a small vanilla ice cream with a little chocolate in the bottom I ask is this a large she says yes it's one size ok whatever it wasn't even mixed. The guy comes to the window and tells me they don't have any onion rings, I ordered 2 of them he says he can substitute two of fries I said No just refund me, he comes back after a couple minutes and says how about two pies, so I'm now wanting to get out of there and count my losses and agree for two pies, I ordered 8 mozzarella fries and told them give me the zesty sauce they weren't in the bag she asked how many I ordered again I said eight she comes back hands me two bags I say is everything in here she said yes. I leave no sauce for the mozzarella fries in the bag I got a small fries instead of the large my other half specifically ordered a double bacon cheese burger with ONLY bacon, remember I had to repeat the order many times well it came with sauce pickles and whatever they put on a regular double bacon cheese burger. Read moreMay 12, 2025 about 9:00 AM -- I came to this Burger King at 9:00AM this morning, 5/12/2025. I ordered a number 3 breakfast, Sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, potatoes, and coffee. I was told, “we don’t have any biscuits”. Burger King, 9 AM, no biscuits. This is clearly a management failure. So, instead of spending $8 or $9 on a fast food breakfast at Burger King. I went to a locally owned business, Sunrise Bakery and Café, and spent $14 on a really excellent custom prepared breakfast. This is the kind of fail that causes a customer to stop considering BK as a breakfast option all together, therefore sacrificing potential revenue for the foreseeable future.
February 18 2022, 11:59 AM. First, I admit, this is my fault for going back but I was lured in by the 2 for $5 commercials. I waited 7 minutes before anyone even came to the front counter to take my order. I ordered two Stackers for $5. This BK doesn't actually make or sell Stackers so they took it upon themselves to substitute what they called a Quarter Pound King.... which was essentially a whopper. OK, that's a lot for $5. I watched an employee put my burgers in a bag and then go wait on three drive up window customer before handing my bag across the counter. I took my bag of burgers to the park to eat. Both burgers had so much mustard on them that I couldn't eat them. Way too messy and just too much mustard. I like mustard but 1/4 cup of mustard on a single burger? And, a common problem with fast food, there were five slices of pickle stacked on top of each other right in the middle of the patty. I could have fixed it but there were only six napkins in the bag and I had already used four of them before I decided to look for my pickles. I ate half of one burger and took one bite from the other. Threw the rest away. I really, really used to love...
Read moreAfter an awesome time at the beach with family and friends, we decided to eat at this Burger King, second time there no issue the first time. Apparently the man at the register, (a slim, black male about 6'3") had an issue and refused to honor the internet discount coupons. We tried to order three orders of the 2 whopper meals for 8.99 and more items. He refused. I said no problem there are three adults present, you can ring us up separately. We are three separate customers each usng their own debit card and their phone where each downloaded their own coupon.
He tried to explain he could only honor one coupon and would have to be able to show accountability for all coupons. I tried to explain there are three separate adults, each a separate customer.
When we asked for the manager. He mentioned he was the manager. After trying to explain yet again, the man lost his composure and called for a coworker to deal with the situation because he couldn't. To which I asked how can you be the manager and not be able to handle a simple coupon purchase.
The woman came and tried to help us but he kept mouthing off. I told him I could easily take my money down the road. The woman heard my explanation and was willing and attempting to help.
He kept mouthing off from the back where he could not be seen and I told him to shut up because I was no longer talking to him.
He came back to the front very loudly, yelling he was the manager three years and knew his job and asked me to leave, like he was dialing police to trespass me. To which I replied he was doing it very poorly.
This was probably my worst customer service experience. My family and I finished dining at Taco a Bell where we were served...
