Hello im a regular in your bar. I love to come aleast twice a week or more. My husband and i love to enjoy the food and drinks. The bar tenders are amazing Tori,John,and Thomas have been wonderful to us everytime we have came. I do want to request a few changes I love the food and drinks but there has been many times you have been out of certain food and drinks I love drinking some Parton but more times than other you are out of it. Your staff are amazing at trying to please any customer coming in that is looking for a certain drink that isn't available, but it would be more appreciated if we could come in and know the choice of our drink is available. Cleanliness, customer service, hospitality, and quality. Bartenders knew their locals, and treated us as if we've been there 100 times.
Jon, a bartender who I learned has a full-time job outside of this, helped me with what I wanted and the brew hit the spot (Sunrise, or Sunset, forgot the name but it's local from Sylvania). I respect hard workers, and that Jon previously worked 9-4 this morning and then 5-midnight at the bar still with energy and genuienly enjoying his job, speaks a lot about him. I respect that!

I can't speak to the other food items, but my wife ordered edamame and the waitress came to the table with the order of edamame and said "it's bad, but if you still want it it's free". That alone made me want to leave. I understand the restaurant opens at 5pm, but my wife and I arrived around 5:30pm and had to wait an hour and a half for the kitchen to make fresh rice for the sushi. It's not my business how they run their business, but if it was my restaurant and we served sushi, I would have the rice made BEFORE we opened.
