First of all I like their clothes a lot. It's right at the semi formal. It's a little pricey than Zara but certainly has better quality than Zara.
So I want to tell you that my review is about this specific location. The employees at the cashiers desk don't know their company policies!! I visited this store on 3rd of July. The employees at the fitting room were nice and friendly so I had great experience with them. I tried some clothes and figured that some of items weren't my size. So I ordered some online at the cashiers desk as one of the fitting room staff advised me. While I was placing the order, I saw this advertisement from the small screen on the top of their pin pad, saying that students can get 20% discount. So I asked them about it. At first, they answered me that there is no student discount. So I show them the advertisements. After she read it with me, she tried to give me discount but it wasn't working because of some systemic error. Her supervisor couldn't figure it out either so they told me to come back to the store with the receipt on July 5th or to call the customer service to get the difference back later. So I went back to the store on 5th I saw another lady at the cashiers. I asked her and she told me that she can only give the difference back if I bring the delivered clothes with the receipt back to the store. I was annoyed but came back home and waited till the clothes arrive. When it arrived I called the customer service and ask them how can I get the difference back. The worker at the CS told me that it's impossible to get a discount on my past order unless I sent the clothes back and reorder them with the student discount code. I already wore them and I don't want to wait that long to get my item. The CS person was saying that it's the store's fault that they informed me with wrong information!! Read moreI walked in 5 minutes before closing. There were 4 employees working the floor tonight. And it was such a pleasure to shop because I didn’t feel rushed and they were all so calm and sweet. I was looking for some long sleeve vanilla coloured tops. I found what I needed thanks to the gal helping me ! I didn’t ask for her name but she went out of her way to look for two tops I needed in a different size. She told me what stores had it and she even went to go look for one in her store despite the fact that it was past closing hours. Talk about customer service and just the heart to serve others. Was in there today on 9-23-18 and bought two items. Got back to my car, and realized that the salesperson forgot to take off the sensortag on one of my items. Had to walk back from the parking garage and waste over 30 minutes of my day to get it removed. Spoke to whoever was in charge, and asked that I be compensated for the inconvenience, and was told that they cannot compensate me at all, and all they could do was remove the sensor.
Time is money. Many stores offer the item for free if given no receipt. Why doesn’t this store do the same? Maybe start docking pay on the customer service reps for every item they forget to remove the sensor on and see how fast the problem...
