The Uniqlo increase their prices which I donāt mind except for the fact tell donāt tell you āthe real priceā until you are at the register. There is no price on the sign and the price on the physical tag on the clothing, is not the actual price of the garment.
When you check out, the price of the garment is higher because they change it in the register. We called for help because we thought it was wrong but employee said that the store is in transition and the price is higher and that is the real price.
Wow, are you kidding me? With a straight face you, are telling me you mislead me about the price and I should pay the higher price.
This makes the company/store seem deceitful. You knew the prices was higher, you know the physical tags are wrong, you knew that people would be confused and at know point did you think, maybe I should tell the customer up front or put signage or change the tags.
They just gonna change the price at the register and hope no one would...

After emailing Uniqlo online, there was no response for over a week. I tried to contact Uniqlo in Santa Monica multiple times throughout the day and NO ONE picked up.
I decided to call other Uniqlo branches to see if they could help me before my full refund date expires.
