ONE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE TURNED A PROMISING VISIT INTO LOST SALES AND DAMAGED THE STORE’S REPUTATION.

I walked into this Men’s Wearhouse ready to SPEND MONEY and SUPPORT the store. At first, TWO staff members were FRIENDLY and WELCOMING. But the THIRD employee stood out for the WRONG reason. He had a BALD HEAD, did NOT greet me, and was the ONLY ONE who made the experience NEGATIVE.

I found SEVERAL great items that fit my TALL and SLIM build, which is RARE and something I appreciated. I brought them up to the counter, but one item didn’t have a price tag. I had NOT removed anything. It simply wasn’t there. I asked if they could scan it based on one of the LOWER PRICED items in the same section.

The staff member helping me was DOING HIS BEST to assist and even went to check the rack. But while that was happening, the BALD employee who wasn’t involved took it upon himself to make a DISRESPECTFUL COMMENT and then WALKED AWAY with ATTITUDE. This was right in front of the register as I was getting ready to PAY. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCALLED FOR.

They ended up finding a nearly IDENTICAL item from the same brand in the same section for TEN DOLLARS LESS, but STILL tried to charge the HIGHER price for the untagged one. That decision showed ZERO CUSTOMER RESPECT and NO INTEGRITY.

At that point, I left EVERYTHING behind and WALKED OUT. I have NEVER had this issue at other Men’s Wearhouse stores. They treated me with RESPECT and made me WANT to return. Not here.

Came here for a groomsmen and the groom suit rental, the person who helped us seemed bothered every time we asked a question or asked for a different size. I was helped from an employee who looked he was in his early teens, I don't judge by age but by experience but from the looks of it he is far from experienced. They took all the wrong measurements (was verified when measurements were all taken again by another Men's warehouse), took the wrong order, and was not helpful in finding the right look even for the groom. We asked for a pink tie and pink handkerchief, order was only changed in tie so at the wedding the colors did not match, we received a pink tie and a maroon handkerchief, like why would I order these two completely different colors?! Second when the groom was trying on shirts, the slim fit was a better fit for the groom but the neck was too tight, I asked if they had a different neck size but the same size shirt, the employee looked bothered and simply told me with attitude "well of course its a smaller shirt". I proceeded to inform him that shirts can be one size and the neck is another size, he said that the shirt he tried on is all we can do,thankfully I visited another Men's warehouse where they saw the measurement for neck size seemed disproportionate in the system and fixed it when they resized them due to the faulty measurements of this place. TL;DR: Associate misled me, rental was not what I ordered, associates didn't care, they couldn't accommodate me in time which forced me to cancel, and they wouldn't refund my deposit. I essentially paid a deposit for the store to treat me like I didn't matter.

Came in the rent a tux for an event 4 weeks before the event. They had a great promo going at the time. I intentionally purchased a slim fit tux to get slimmer pants as I'm bigger on top and have pretty skinny legs. I paid $50 more than I intended to in order to make this happen. The associate assured me the pants would be slim. When I picked up the tux, the pants were incredibly baggy. I mentioned this to the associate, and she said (very rudely) that they couldn't fix it because it's a rental. I mentioned that the pants were supposed to be slim and she went to the manager. The manager looked at me condescendingly and told me they don't make slim cut in my pants size. The pants they ordered were 4 sizes above my size to begin with. I was told I would have to come back the next day to try on the proper size. The pickup time was after I needed the tux, So I had no choice but to cancel the order.
