Keep anyway from this place! I experienced the worst service in my life at this place. a lot of pain, suffering and nerves. very bad advice, the salesman has no idea about his job, when I came to the store to buy a previously selected mattress (I was there the day before, talking to another salesman who was very nice and knew his job, we agreed on the price), so I came back the next day , at the door I met another salesman who was very unpleasant to me from the beginning, he threw a pillow at me while I was lying down testing the mattress to make sure it was the right one for my body. then he started rushing me, telling me that I should leave, when I gave him a piece of paper with everything I had agreed on the day before, he started being even more rude to me, giving me a price that was $300 higher than the one I had received the day before , he started complaining saying "we have a stupid system, I can't deal with this", then he said that I was making it up, he ordered me to stand and not touch anything and that I should be more decisive, finally I asked to talk to the boss, he came, he entered everything into the system and it turned out that the price I received was consistent with the initial price. I saw from the boss that he was very dissatisfied with his employee. It's not over yet. I spent over $1500 on a mattress that turned out to be defective. after a few days it started to collapse in the middle, it twisted my spine, I got in a lot of pain, I lost a lot of money to get back to health. returning to the store with a complaint, I was being ignored, they sent a service technician, then the guy who came didn't turn out to be just a person who takes photos and sends them further, when I asked him what he thought about the sagging mattress, he replied that he didn't know anything about it and that he just came and did it. photos (the e-mail said, "Our technician is on his way, he will come and assess the condition of your mattress) and someone will contact me today or tomorrow. Approx. 4 days have passed, no one called me (I was sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks) after 4 days I called the service department, they told me that they tried to contact me but they had no contact details - which is a lie, because all the data is telephone number, e-mail address They had it and contacted me earlier until I reported that the mattress was defective. I finally managed to get the mattress replaced with another one. with an additional payment from me. I have very, very bad memories of this place and I will never go back there. Read moreThis was going to be a mixed review however due to the lack of solutions provided by management as well as their clearly rehearsed and robotic answers to something they admitted to being at fault for, I have to give this location 1 star. Our sales person, Daniel Mullin was good in showing us couch options and we found one we liked. We scheduled the delivery for Thursday 8/28/2025 which was 18 days after our purchase because we are doing home renovations but we planned to have family over for Friday 8/29 so the timing would be perfect. We were assured delivery would be for that date, however he failed to follow through and schedule the delivery and we are no longer getting the couch in time. Daniel was not available to speak too, in fact had my wife not called the store today and spoke to someone confirm our delivery, I would have taken a day off of work for nothing waiting for a delivery. A "manager" named David Codrington called me and he confirmed the order had noted in the comments that a delivery date of 8/28/2025 but the delivery was not actually scheduled. David and the store took full responsibility for their mistake and attempted to offer "solutions." Both of their solutions were not satisfactory. These (2) options included home delivery on 8/30/2025 which does not help us or David said they could ship it to the store in time for Friday 8/29 but WE, their customer, would have to pickup and assume all responsibility for damages during transit. How is it possible they can ship to their own store in time for Friday but not to my house?? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Because of my poor customer experience and to try to remedy the problem, David said he will refund the delivery fee but if it's anything like Daniel scheduling the delivery, he'll probably forget and we'll have to remind them in a few weeks, doubtful they will even honor that. Do yourself a favor; shop at any other furniture store, there's about a dozen within a half mile of this one. Save yourself the headache of salespeople who clearly only care about the sale and their commission since they can't follow through after a sale is complete. Read moreI went in there with the intention of just checking some mattresses out but ended up buying mattress thanks to the sales guy Steve. I forgot his last name but he also went by another name that looked like Steve but wasn’t. He was of extreme help. After I told him I just needed to check out the mattresses and that I’ve been doing research on the mattresses, he just gave me a quick breakdown of where everything is and the new products they got as well as the mattresses that was taking out of display and being sold at 50 percent off. He gave me a beautiful amount of time to check everything out alone ( which I couldn’t be anymore grateful for). I stumbled upon one pf the mattresses that was 50 percent off, it was a beautyrest black c class plush pillow top (the mattress that I REALLY wanted but was too expensive). Steve then comes back to help me out and explained to me the deal with the 50 percent off mattresses in a helpful and professional manner. I was iffy about owning a matress many customers went to check out but Steve insured me that it’s not as bad as I thought it was. He explained that he also is a germaphobe and would use that same mattress, he said it doesn’t even matter, that right there sold me on the mattress. There is way too much to this story but he was also giving me many other alternatives and what each mattress would provide for my body as well as what’s inside of the mattress and what they doo. He didn’t even stop there, when walking to customer pay area he would break into conversation about the other products he has and where they are made and what materials were used, that right there is a great sales men.
