I Enjoy stopping here when I can, and I'd I have clothes to sell I am able to bring them in to see if there's any interest, selling is 1st come 1st served and they accept by the season. So if you try to sell winter clothes in summer time it might be best to hold onto them for fall . There's a wide variety of clothing, from casual, dress wear, to work out. Same with shoes, dress shoes, and quite a variety of bran new shoes to choose from as well. This store is a blessing because I can't afford to go buy a bran new pair of pants for 50+ so when I find a good pair of pants they very between $8.00-$20 same thing with shirts and prices.
Employees are mostly friendly , some seem a bit young and still learning g the ropes.ive met the manager as well, she is very professional and is fair with prices .
If you are selling any clothes it's a first come first serve basis, some times it might take a while bc someone might have 4 bags for them to go through, but they do try to accommodate how much you have and if the can squeeze you in before finishing a...
Read moreI honestly would give a zero if I could! I went there to get some clothes since my daughter went up a size. They pretty much had nothing and the prices were quite ridiculous for used stuff. I could get a brand new pair of American Eagle jeans for $20 and they were asking $16! Then when I went to cash out, it didn’t say anything about an id to use my debit card, so I didn’t have it right on me, if there would have been a sign, I could have ran out and grabbed it while she was ringing my stuff up. So I wasn’t able to purchase anything after spending a half hour in the store trying to find decent prices. Which if I had time, I would have gotten nothing! But we leave Sunday. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this store. I may have to take a trip to Ithaca cuz I hear their stores are...
Read moreWas okay, they are VERY picky with taking items. Which totally surprised me when looking on thier racks of what they already had and several items were ripped or stained or VERY DATED, yet ours were ALL clean and not worn out or ripped at all. We bought many sweaters and sweatshirts which my daughter picked out. I spent about 60.00 and they only accepted 4bof her items and gave us 8 measly dollars of credit and 10 % off which just about covers the tax. As the mom , paying at a second hand shop...I was disappointed. Next time I will drive up to Ithaca and go to thier thrift shops which are far more reasonable and accept my daughters cloths...
