I recently dropped off an Amazon return at this location, which is a first because my normal go to for drop off site is the UPS store.. My package was scanned and the kid at the counter gave me a receipt. The whole interaction with him seemed a little off, so I decided to keep on checking my Amazon account to see if it showed and confirmed that I had dropped off the item as scanned in the store. This took place on Thursday, August 14th, 2025. I called staples the next day (August 15th) and spoke to an employee. I explained the situation and asked him when will it reflect on my Amazon account that I had “dropped off” the package. The employee told me to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon, and they are also going through the process of tracking where this package is. Did this happen to anyone else? Al helped me figure out the best way to go about trimming them so that they were all even. They needed to be trimmed on all sides which made it more difficult and even though I said not to worry if it was too difficult and that I would just take them as is, Al took the time to do exactly what I needed and they came out perfect! I waited 30 min in line at the Staples in Liverpool/Clay NY because they had only one person to take care of returns and printing and marketing. I wouldn’t have minded the wait,but the associate proceeded to take printing and marketing customers that had just walked in, before shipping return customers that had been waiting in line for 20 minutes.
