Field's Hobby Center — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

On the first Tuesday of every month me and a couple of my brothers meet at Athena's on Walden and Union for breakfast. I needed to stop at the Northwest Bank afterwards that day to make a deposit for my church. Right next door is Fields Hobby Center. I've been passing this hobby store for years and keep meaning to stop in, but either time or traffic just didn't allow it at the time. This day I had the time, and was really glad I did. They have helicopters airplanes cars, all that you can fly or drive. I was amazed at the number of things they had. I've also been wanting a drone so this seemed like a good place for me to look. I was amazed by the aisle up on aisle of parts that they had for the different Vehicles both are in ground. This seems like a good hobby for a people who have excess time on their hands and some disposable income. I say that because these units aren't exactly cheap and I think once you get bitten by the bug it is going to cost you more and more. but the employees there seem to really know what they're talking about and can be quite helpful in what you want or need. Someday when you got some time stop by and at least take a look. I bought my big flying toys online (Tower, Horizon, etc) but I believe in spreading the wealth locally and fully support this business boasting an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have repeatedly found this store to be an indispensable source of parts, supplies and help with my RC endeavors.

Don't know if they have ever had any transgender customers before me but I am happy to say this is a trans-friendly business as I have always been treated with dignity and respect by everyone who works there.

Last but certainly not least, a HUGE shout-out to Andy Brose.....you advised and helped me resolve a myriad of "Technical Issues" during my build, accepted me into your RC flying club and successfully piloted my precious Waco on its maiden flight!!! Thank you so very much....you really are a great person and Fields is lucky...

Great, knowledgeable people! I was looking for a gift for my son for Christmas. I discovered the Traxxas trx4 rock crawler. I looked at online prices and went to Fields to see how they compared. To make a long story short I left with two trucks, two batteries and a charger. my 7 year old son and I have been using these non-stop since Christmas. We went to fields yesterday to get a bunch of accessories. Its great to be outside using these trucks rather than sitting in front of a tv or tablet playing video games.
