I took her to return it and they gave her a merchandise gift card. He went back another day to use the gift card and specifically went to the register before we started shopping to ask how much was on it because we had forgotten. After we finished shopping and started to check out the cashier told us that the gift card did not work and literally threw it at us. He told us the gift card couldn’t be used and gave us no other explanation. When they realize we were going to leave everything for them to put back on the shelves they told us they would hold it till tomorrow and we could come back because their system may be down. My mom drove back the next day specifically to buy the stuff and when the gift cards didn’t work they told her she couldn’t use it and if she had a problem with that she could call corporate.
