I will say that the customer service is horrible and I will be contacting the store owner. I went in earlier today over a defective product that I have been having issues with and the manager ( or at least some sort of supervisor) on duty was extremely rude and condescending. When initially being called out by the associate to meet me she says âoh i know exactly who that isâ which is extremely unprofessional. In the duration of the entire interaction she was unhelpful and her mannerisms were not up to par. She would look me up and down ( for lack of a better word sizing me up) several times and give me crazy looks when i was explaining that I was frustrated with the product being defective for the second time. Her overall behavior was inappropriate and to be frank I feel bad for the associate because I can not imagine working with her to that extent. Additionally, when I went in about the product the first time she ignored me several times throughout the conversation. I did not get the name of the manager however i do know she was on duty 01/31/24 at around 4pm. I hope the store owner responds promptly as this behavior was nothing short of ridiculous. She also gave me customer service phone number and I will also be giving them a heads up that there fellow managers are clearly falling short of what the company...
   Read moreSo disappointed to walk in eager to purchase 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets from the Arianna collection for me and my gf for Valentineâs Day. I was really excited to receive the free hand mirror as well. Upon entering the store they had the collection at the front. A sales lady came out after I browsed the collection and said a mere âhelloâ to I said hello back to. After that I wanted to compare my bracelet options to make sure these were perfect for my and my gf so I walked around the store for about 10/15 min and did not receive any assistance as I grabbed items of the shelf to look at closer. They did not ask if I wanted to try things on (I am a cis woman) if I was shopping for anything or anyone specific, nothing. I turned to look at the two sales lady after another came out of nowhere in the completely empty store and just walked out. If I am planning to spend well over a thousand or two dollars I expect the service to be the highest. Additionally as someone in sales I cannot believe you would let someone walk into your empty store and NOT try to make a saleâŚ. Or even attempt! Do these girls want sales jobs? When I called the card membership they said the transaction did in fact process and cleared my account. After returning to this store I met a manager who refused to listen and insisted it dis not go through. I now have to wait up to ten business days for the money to be returned.
