I walked into this store at 8:00pm on a Friday night looking for urgent help with an engagement ring. The ring my son was getting from a jeweler down south had just fallen through and he was looking to find the exact same ring. They told me they did not carry that exact ring and that it would be very difficult to find BUT they could make the ring for me. When I asked if it could happen in 5 weeks…they immediately called the manager and design and promised that they would expedite and make it happen. I had photos of the ring and specs from the original jeweler website. Loren the manager of this store was unbelievable. So knowledgeable. She went out of her way to assure me she would get this done a few days before the planned proposal date. Not only did they make it in time, but duplicating the setting was absolutely perfect and stunning. Everything went exactly as Loren said. This company routinely sells fake gold stamped as real gold to customer. Please check their BBB reviews, everyone of this fraud companies reviews on BBB is 2* or lower with multiple people stating they were sold fake diamonds and gold. My wife recently bought 2 gold chains both stamped RCI their provider and both were fake gold, they had a thick layer of 14kt gold over a base metal to cut costs. If you bring it up to management they’ll bounce you around and lie to you about their system being down, they refuse to give your money back no matter what.

I have contacted over 30 people who were scammed by them on the BBB website and am starting a class action lawsuit against these frauds. I recently visited while charging my Tesla at the Palisade mall, initially drawn in by a recommendation, though I was a bit skeptical. Tamar was assisting another customer at the time, but even though she was busy, she acknowledged me and kept me in her sight, which made me feel valued as a customer. Once it was my turn, Tamar was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She patiently guided me through the options, and thanks to her expertise, I was able to find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band. The pricing was also excellent.
