Polo Ralph Lauren — Local services in Town of East Hampton

I went into this establishment on Sunday the 29th of June. I was on my bachelorette trip and went into the store to buy my fiancé 3 shirts for our honeymoon. I picked out the shirts and a blonde woman took them from me to check out. As she was walking away my cousin and sister who was in the store heard her and another co worker say to each other “how does she have a Fiancé she is a literal child?” with a response of “she is clearly rushing into things.” I am a 25 year old woman who was minding my business buying items. The way these women spoke was classless and disgusting. How dare they speak about any customer while the customer is in the store. Hurtful, pathetic and completely unprofessional. I will never go back and will actually refrain anyone I know from ever going back here again. The women’s name was Anna...

One of my favorite Ralph Lauren boutiques. Willie's customer service is top notch. He suggests the perfect items based on my preferences and lifestyle and never is pushy for you to purchase. You can tell that he loves what he does because he is so knowledgeable about all the product (in all the categories) and is so kind and eager to help make your shopping experience a joy. Bought 3 flag sweaters here, the one I bought for my husband was tattered at the bottom of the sleeve.
