This UPS store is not trust worthy!!!! Do not ship from here, better off going to UPS in Sag Harbor. They charged me $50 to ship an important package next day guaranteed to arrive next day at 10:30am to NYC in soho and they never put my package on the truck. They created a label and then blamed UPS for never putting it on the truck when they never gave it to them in the first place. When asked where it was or how to find it, they drew blank stares and said it was not their responsibility any more and that they can't do anything about it. I asked for a refund, they said that it would be UPS's responsibility to refund you. But no one has helped me, now this important package is missing and i'm spending my days and night trying to locate it myself instead of them helping me. i feel like it's on the floor behind their desks but no one cares in that store enough to check.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! PLEASE THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR PACKAGE!!!! and then blame someone else. p.s. i don't want to give any stars...
Read moreI purchased a group of 7 antique Paris porcelain plates at an online auction which were shipped from this store. I asked if they could double box and do a good job packing. Unfortunately, the store did a poor job packing the plates and one was cracked in half when it arrived in Delaware. The plates were packed horizontally stacked together rather than being on their sides. The two boxes were of the same height and the plate broke from being compressed. Also they didn't use any peanuts between the two boxes. I'm lucky only one plate broke. I suggest if you have antiques to ship do the packing yourself or find...

They go that extra mile to make sure that one's needs are met. Great communication such as receiving a text message whenever a package arrives for us at their store,. We have used many of their services - packaging, shipping, copying and even shredding a large amount of documents. I know how difficult it can be in dealing with the type of customers who are demanding and complaining. I have seen first hand that the staff will patiently service those customers. 5...
